Dearborn Co. Sheriff Warns Against Nationwide Unpaid Toll Scam

(Dearborn County, Ind.) - The Dearborn County Sheriff's Office is advising local residents to be aware of a nationwide scam. 

If you receive a text saying that you have unpaid tolls, do not click on the link. 

Instead, report the message as spam and delete it from your phone.  

According to the Dearborn County Sheriff's Office, the Toll Office will only mail you a copy of your toll with a picture of the vehicle and license plate info.
