(Ripley County, Ind.) – Jennifer Fullenkamp was in Ripley County Court this week for sentencing.

Following a plea agreement, Fullenkamp received a five-year sentence at the Indiana Department of Corrections with one year suspended to probation.

In exchange for her plea on the Theft charge, the Corrupt Business Influence charge was dismissed.

Fullenkamp was arrested in August of 2024 on Theft and Corrupt Business Influence charges.

According to court documents, Fullenkamp schemed to steal or embezzle funds from Scheele Orthodontics during her employment from 2007 to 2022.

Investigators found that she would steal funds through various activities including enticing customers to pay with cash then depositing the cash into her person checking account, creating fraudulent contract documents related to services and payments, and falsifying end of day reports.

Missing sums were estimated to be over $50,000, according to court documents.
