(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - An argument over changing the channel on the dayroom TV may have in part led to an assault at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center. Once the victim was let out of the cell room, he went down the stairs to the dayroom and a fight with Magallon began. After the attack, the victim told investigators with the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department that he was scared for his life. Magallon, 33, is in jail on charges of Dealing in a Narcotic Drug and Battery Resulting In Bodily Injury to a Pregnant Woman, according to online jail records. He was allegedly working with a multi-state drug operation to traffic heroin and other drugs between Chicago and Cincinnati. Fraley, 20, is held on charges of Theft, Attempted Theft, and Burglary for his alleged involvement in a series of southeast Indiana break-ins earlier this year. Miller, 20, and Garvey, 28, were both being held on charges of Burglary. Miller is currently held in a state prison serving his sentence through at least October of 2016.
