Deufol Adding Operations In Three Cities

Deufol announced Tuesday it has acquired Wisconsin-based Bentley World-Packaging’s operations in Cincinnati, as well as Pittsburgh and Cleveland. The move is expected to triple Deufol’s industrial presence. The company says the investment represents a major commitment to its global industrial packaging presence, expanding its U.S. footprint to better serve major industrial clients as well as the rapidly developing U.S. export market. “We expect that our ‘continuous improvement’ culture, broad engineering expertise and global reach will be the foundation for exceptional customer service. As a global company, Deufol has developed numerous proprietary processes to ensure the security of client’s products, as we continuously improve procedures to more effectively serve our clients,” said Bill Morgan, President of Deufol North America operations. Dennis Huebner, Executive Director and Member of the Board of Deufol SE Group, said the strategic acquisition of Bentley underlines Deufol’s strategy and commitment to further expand its service portfolio in a market that is on the move to reindustrialize itself. “We are welcoming our new locations and talented colleagues to the Deufol family and are excited to continue to further develop our international network to enhance our support for our international customer base. This strategic move will further assist us in tackling the continuously increasing global supply chain challenges our customers are facing.” Financial details of the acquisition were not shared. Deufol also did not indicate how the purchase might impact its workforce. Bentley World-Packaging will retain its headquarters in Milwaukee and will continue to own and operate sites in Wisconsin and Maryland.
