(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – HR professionals are developing and communicating new policies to help companies respond responsibly to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce announced this week that Pam Goedde, owner of Goedde Consulting, LLC, will facilitate a webinar on Friday, May 1 from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
The webinar, entitled “HR in 2020: Dealing with the Pandemic” is presented by FCN Bank via the Zoom Meeting app.
Goedde will share information on establishing practice to keep employees safe, managing a remote workforce, administering new attendance and benefits policies and trying to answer other tough questions.
The webinar will also take a look at where companies have been regarding the outbreak, the challenges they are currently facing and how companies can move forward effectively.
