DCHD Releases Morbidity & Morality Report For Sept. 24-30

The Dearborn County Health Department continues to keep community members informed with their weekly report.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Testing and positive COVID-19 cases are up in Dearborn County, according to the latest report from the county health department.

The Dearborn County Health Department released its Morbidity and Mortality Report for the week of September 24-30 on Friday. 

There were 300 negative tests and 41 positive tests during that time period, up from 33 a week prior. Testing also increased from the 301 tests that were performed for the week of September 17-23. 

Sixteen individuals age 51-80 tested positive for the virus, the most of any age group in the latest report. 

There were no COVID-19 related deaths in the county for the seveth consecutive week. 

To date, Dearborn County has reported 688 positive cases and 28 deaths.
