(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - For more than five years, Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Lawrenceburg has been providing excellent care close to residents of SE Indiana. All of Beacon’s physicians are Board Certified, fellowship trained and have the experience needed to evaluate a patient’s pain or injury. Meet the five Beacon physicians who see patients at the Lawrenceburg location. They specialize in a variety of care including: shoulder, knee, elbow, spine, hand, wrist, total joint replacement and regenerative medicine.

David B. Argo, MD is the Team Physician and Medical Director for East Central, Lawrenceburg, South Dearborn and Oak Hills high schools’ student athletes and families. He specializes in arthroscopic treatment of the shoulder, elbow and knee as well as general orthopaedic care. He also has extensive training in joint reconstruction, cartilage restoration and fracture care. Dr. Argo and his team (Joe Ehrhard, PA-C and Jamie Miller, PA-C) see patients at Beacon’s Lawrenceburg, Beacon West and Batesville locations.

Jaideep Chunduri, MD provides spine care. His specializations include degenerative conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine (e.g. managing herniated discs, spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease). He has extensive experience in minimally invasive spine surgery and a special interest in new techniques and technologies. Dr. Chunduri see patients at Beacon’s Lawrenceburg, Beacon West, Summit Woods and Anderson locations.

Matthew Johansen, MD provides total joint care. He has special insight into total knee and total hip arthroplasty in patients with complex problems including primary and revision hip and knee replacements. He does partial and total replacement, anterior approach hip replacement, complex revision of failed hip and knee replacement and treatment of hip pain in younger adults. Dr. Johnasen sees patients at Beacon’s Lawrenceburg, Beacon West, Erlanger, Summit Woods and Anderson locations.

Sam Koo, MD provides complex hand and upper extremity surgery. He treats fractures, tendonitis and arthritis. He also provides treatment for nerve and tendon injuries from the shoulder to the fingers. Dr. Koo and team member Andrew Knochelmann, PA-C, see patients at Beacon’s Lawrenceburg, Beacon West, Erlanger and Summit Woods locations.

Robert Rolf, MD provides advanced arthroscopic techniques for shoulder instability and rotator cuff tears. He performs complex shoulder replacement and reverse shoulder replacement. He also gives specialized sports medicine treatment for general orthopaedics injuries. Dr. Rolf see patients at Beacon’s Lawrenceburg, Beacon West, Batesville, Summit Woods and Erlanger locations.
