Adult, Five Juveniles Charged With Burglary

(Batesville, Ind.) - Six people – five of them juveniles – are being charged with a home burglary in Batesville.

 

The Batesville Herald Tribune reports a Batesville Police Department report shows the break-in happened in December 2010 at a home on Arlington Drive. The report was filed in August.

 

Jesus Gil, 18, of Batesville, was arrested for Burglary on November 17. Five local male juveniles ages 16 through 17 are also facing Burglary and Theft charges.

 

The juveniles may be waived to adult court.
