The Congressional Art Competition is open to all high school students in Indiana’s Ninth District.

INDIANAPOLIS - Congresswoman Erin Houchin (IN-09) announced that submissions for the 2026 Congressional Art Competition are now open. Each spring, this nationwide high school arts competition is sponsored by Members of the U.S. House of Representatives and provides an opportunity to recognize and encourage artistic talent across the country and within each congressional district.
