Mental health affects everyone. Mental health issues are common. Like CPR, it's good to know what to do when someone is in crisis. You can raise awareness and reduce stigma. This event is open to any adult eager to learn.
Advance sign up is required. Lunch and workbook will be included.
You must sign up by March 26, 2020.

The event will take place May 16-18.
