Aurora Announces Citywide Cleanup

The event will take place May 16-18.

(Aurora, Ind.) - The City of Aurora is once again offering City Wide Cleanup Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 16-18.

Residents residing within the city limits of Aurora may bring refuse to the Aurora Sports Complex (Soccer Fields), 787 Park Avenue between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on these three designated days.

Residents must show proof of residency by providing a copy of their Aurora Utility Bill. Aurora Street Department will also offer curbside pickup on Thursday & Friday. Thursday May 16th is north of Hogan Creek and Friday is south of Hogan Creek.

Residents are asked to have items curbside by 6am on designated days.

A reminder that hazardous waste is accepted at the Dearborn County Recycling Center, 10700 Prospect Lane, Aurora Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm and Wednesdays 9am – 6pm.
