(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Indiana Sixth Congressional District voters have the chance to meet with two candidates in Lawrenceburg.
Dearborn County Tea Party group We the Hoosiers will host the “Meet the Candidates” event at the Lawrenceburg Firehouse, 300 W. Tate Street, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 8. The event is open to the public.
Jim Crone and Luke Messer will each address the audience and take questions.
Crone and Messer are among a crowded field of Republicans and Democrats seeking the congressional seat being vacated by Mike Pence.
Crone, a Democrat and Hanover College professor, is seeking the party nomination against Dan Bolling, Bradley T. Bookout, Susan Hall Heitzman, and George T. Holland.
Messer is running in an even busier Republican field against Don Bates, Jr., Bill Frazier, Travis Hankins, John Hatter, Luke Messer, Joe Sizemore, Allen K. Smith II, and Joseph S. Van Wye, Sr.
