The sheriff's office has released departmental stats from 2021.

(Switzerland County, Ind.) – The Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office has released departmental statistics for the year 2021.
Last year, the Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center took 7,349 calls for service that require law enforcement, EMS, or fire response.
Of those calls, the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office responded to 4,945 calls, which averaged out to 412 calls for service per month, and nearly 14 calls for service per day.

A total of 436 single arrests were made in 2021. Switzerland County Sheriff’s deputies made 328 arrests, followed by Vevay Police with 87, and Indiana State Police with 21.
The average bookings per month was 40.8 while the average bookings per day stood at 1.3. Inmates were incarcerated on average for 56.4 days.
The out of county inmate billing came to $168,080.91.
