(Greendale, Indiana) — The Southeast Indiana Youth Orchestra (SEIYO) is delighted to announce the debut of its state-of-the-art sound system at their upcoming Christmas Concert on Saturday, November 18th at 7:00 PM at First Baptist Church, 45 Tebbs Ave., Greendale. SEIYO's students are preparing contemporary and traditional Christmas carols for performance, and would like to extend an invitation to the community to join us for this festive concert. There is no admissions fee, but any donations will be greatly appreciated and will contribute to the continued success of the orchestra’s initiatives. SEIYO would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to the generous contributors who have played a pivotal role in making the acquisition of our new sound system a reality. Grants from the Ohio County Community Foundation, the Dearborn Community Foundation, and Southeastern Indiana REMC have been instrumental in this endeavor. We are equally thankful to the following individuals and entities whose donations have furthered the success of this project: City of Aurora, Rullman-Hunger Funeral Home, Lacey Lane Band, Jent Construction, Dr. Dan Barkdoll, Greg Stuart of State Farm, Volpenhein Brothers Electric, Ridgewood Health Campus, Sam's Jams, LLC, The Harmony House, Rhett Dennerline, Esq., Don Townsend, Booher & Taylor Insurance Agencies, Inc., and Crystal's Things with Strings.
