(Aurora, Ind.) – Somebody stole three refrigerators and a chest freezer belonging to South Dearborn PeeWee Football.
Aurora Police say the theft occurred in the parking lot at the youth football fields at Aurora Park sometime between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 15.
The appliances are used in the concession stands at the park, said Patrolman Matt Hountz. They had been delivered to the parking lot and left there so that they could be moved inside later Monday evening.
When volunteers showed up to move the appliances, they were missing.
Aurora Police have no suspects as of Wednesday, Hountz said.
Anybody with information on the location of the stolen appliances, or who may be responsible, is urged to contact the Aurora Police Department at (812) 926-1101.
