The scholarships are available to high school seniors in Dearborn County.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) – The application deadline is nearing for high school students in Dearborn County who will pursue degrees in environmental studies.
The Dearborn County Solid Waste Management District Scholarship is open to graduating seniors at East Central, Lawrenceburg or South Dearborn high schools.
Pending adequate submissions, one award winner may be selected for each high school in Dearborn County. The individual scholarship will be $500 per student.
The recipient must commit to attending as a full-time student at any college or university pursuing a degree in environmental studies. Applicants should have a GPA or 3.0 or high as of the application deadline.
