(Aurora, Ind.) – For the second consecutive year, Rowan Ziegler has raised nearly $5,000 to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis.
It was a bit chilly on Saturday, but community members flocked to Rowan’s Lemonade Stand at Combs Pizza on Second Street in Aurora for the second annual Jet’s Flight Fundraiser.
Rowan, along with her signature lemonade stand, was able to raise $4,800 to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Her brother, Jet, was diagnosed with the genetic disorder at birth.
In addition to the lemonade stand, Combs Pizza broke their single day sales record. Ten percent of their sales is being donated to the Jet’s Flight team at the upcoming Great Strides Walk to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
The Ziegler family would like to thank the community for their incredible support, and those who helped work the fundraiser.
