Negative Covid-19 Test Or Vaccine Will Be Required To Attend Concerts

The requirements will take affect in October at area venues

MUSIC & EVENT MANAGEMENT, INC WILL REQUIRE VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE COVID TEST

FOR ENTRY INTO CONCERTS BEGINNING OCTOBER 4TH

 

CINCINNATI, OH (8/16/21) – Music & Event Management, Inc. (MEMI) announced today that they will require proof of vaccination OR a negative Covid-19 test result prior to any concert performing at their venues beginning October 4th.

The policy is being enacted in an effort to safeguard the health of concert-goers, touring artists and employees, and to prevent another shutdown of live music which devastated the business amidst the pandemic in 2020 thru May of 2021.   

For all shows happening between now and October 4th updates or changes to entry requirements will be at the artist’s discretion.  For these shows ticket holders who purchased through Ticketmaster will be contacted directly via email with the updated requirements.  

What fans need to know:

  • All fans must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card or a PRINTED copy of the vaccination card with an appropriate ID matching the name on your documentation. OR have received a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before the event and provide proof of negative result to security prior to entering the venue.
  • Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before the event and will provide proof of negative result to security prior to entering the venue.
  • Unvaccinated fans over 12 years old with a valid medical restriction & medical note will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before the event and will provide proof of negative result to security prior to entering the venue.

Ticket holders are encouraged to check venue websites for updates prior to attending any show.
