(Anderson, Ind.) - The 18th annual Indiana All-Star Boys and Girls Basketball Classic was held last Friday and Saturday on the campus of Anderson University.
The event featured five high school basketball stars from southeastern Indiana.
Juniors Scout Gray (South Dearborn) and James Hughes (Batesville) teamed together and played for South Dearborn head coach Brad Moorhead. Their team was victorious by a score of 100 to 73.
Gray had 14 points and five assists, while Hughes tallied 18 points and 12 rebounds.
South Dearborn junior Wyatt Adams also competed at the All-Star Classic. He scored five points, playing against Gray and Hughes' team.
In the Futures Game, featuring freshmen and sophomores from across the state, South Ripley's Eli Gilpin scored 17 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, as he was named the Most Outstanding Player for Team White.
On the girls' side, East Central junior Audrina Dugan competed. The Lady Trojans' star tallied five points and six rebounds.
