Hoosier Hills Water Planning To Flush Lines In October

Hoosier Hills Regional Water District customers in Dearborn, Ripley, and Franklin counties should read this.

(Milan, Ind.) - Hoosier Hills Regional Water customers are being put on notice about upcoming maintenance on water lines.

The water district says crews will be flushing its distribution system in the month of October. 

During the first two weeks of October, lines with be flushed in Franklin County and in Ripley County north of Milan.

The following two weeks in the second half of October, the line flushing will move to Dearborn County and Ripley County south of Milan.

Low pressure may be experienced along with periods of discolored water. Customers should try to avoid doing laundry if they notice these conditions.
