EC FFA had seven teams finish in first place at the District 12 FFA Leadership Contest on March 6.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – The East Central High School FFA Chapter continues to do big things.
On March 6, members from the EC FFA Chapter competed in the District 12 FFA Leadership Contest at East Central High School.
EC FFA had seven teams finish in first place. Winning teams included Bradley Kolb, Brady Hornberger, Evan Kuhn, Jasmin Keith, Riley Shumate, Isaac Hartman, Lloyd Darringer, and Madison Shumate.
Chloe Webb, Jacob Kuhn, Joey Herth, Lewis Derringer, Justin Harper, and Kylee Starost made up four, second place winning teams.
Kaytlin Smith was a third-place finisher.
Contests included demonstrations, public speaking, and quiz bowl.
First place finishers will compete at the state competition in June at Purdue University.
