(Dearborn County, Ind.) - Dearborn County 4-H is proud to announce that Indiana State Treasurer Daniel Elliott has selected a photography project by Emily Stenger, exhibited during the 2025 Dearborn County 4-H Fair, to be displayed in his office for the entirety of 2026.
Stenger, a senior at East Central High School, captured the Treasurer’s attention with her striking colorized photo art depicting veterans walking in a local parade. After meeting Stenger and her family at the Dearborn County Fair this summer, Treasurer Elliott requested this piece for his office.
On Monday, December 22, Treasurer Elliott will host Stenger and her family at the Indiana Statehouse for a ceremonial hanging of her artwork in the State Treasurer’s Office. The photograph will remain on public display for at least one year.
In addition to the ceremony, Stenger and her family will enjoy a special tour of the Statehouse before returning to Dearborn County.
