Sebastian D. Durstock, 23, of Patriot, was convicted on Friday of Dealing in a Narcotic Drug while in Possession of a Firearm (level 2 felony). He is now facing up to 30 years in prison when he is sentenced by Judge James D. Humphrey on October 11. According to a news release from the Dearborn-Ohio County Prosecutor’s Office, Durstock was arrested last January 13 when officers responded to a suspected overdose in Lawrenceburg. Investigators say he was in possession of six grams of fentanyl, a 9mm handgun, scales, and more than $300 in cash. “Deputy Prosecutors Jeffrey Wilson and Blaine Burgess represented the State of Indiana, and the investigation was completed by Officer Bill Lynam, Lawrenceburg Police Department,” said Dearborn-Ohio County Prosecutor Lynn Deddens. Deddens thanked the jury for sifting through the evidence and considering hours of testimony.
