Child Sex Charges Against Switz. Co. Man

The county sheriff said the arrest was made after an investigation into social media.

(Switzerland County, Ind.) - An investigation into a Switzerland County man’s social media use results in sex charges.

Harry L. Waller, 58, of Bennington, was arrested Monday by Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office detectives, sheriff Brian Morton announced Wednesday.

Waller is charged with Attempted Sexual Misconduct with a Minor (level 4 felony), Child Solicitation (level 4 felony), and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor (level 6 felony).

Waller is being held in the Switzerland County Jail on a $20,000 cash bond.

Vevay Police assisted the sheriff’s office in the investigation.
