17th Annual Oser-Roth & Friends Fest Comes to Lawrenceburg This Saturday

This is the first year the event will be hosted at the Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The 17th annual Oser-Roth and Friends Fest happens Saturday, August 8. 

For the past 16 years, the Bucher family has allowed the fest to invade Mission Heights Farm the last weekend of July. This year, the Oser-Roth Fest is moving to the Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds and will be a one-day only event. 

The free event will run from noon to midnight featuring live music, food and fireworks. 

Plus, four Amazing Angels will be celebrated. They are Dominic Francis, Tristen Nimtz, Eli Massie-Cable and Addy Ruter. 

While planning the first Oser-Roth Fest, the families learned about Blake Kamstra, who was battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Moved by his story, they began considering ways to raise money to support him. That year, they raised more than $5,000. 

The tradition of helping Angels continues today. Over the past 16 years, Oser-Roth & Friends Fest has raised nearly $1 million to support 83 children and their families.
