Lawrenceburg Boys Basketball 3rd/4th Grade Youth League 2020-2021

$50 for each athlete

Players will receive a jersey that they keep, have at least one practice per week, participate in eight days of games including a tournament. There will be no more than ten players per team and ALL players will play in every game.  

Please make it your goal to be registered by September 28,2020. Registrations will be accepted after that date and until October 13, 2020; however, pre-registering is appreciated and will help when ordering jerseys and planning the skills sessions. Please drop off the attached form, with payment, to the CES office, St. Lawrence office, or to Coach Cutter at LPS. If mailing, send to:

Skills Test/Evaluation
On Monday, October 12 and Tuesday, October 13 from 6:30-8PM at Greendale Middle School, the Lawrenceburg coaching staff and players will hold a skills session to evaluate each player in the different areas of basketball (shooting, dribbling, rebounding, etc.) The purpose of these sessions is to try to create teams for our league that are evenly skilled, as much as possible. Players will be placed on teams immediately after these sessions and will be contacted by their coach with specific team practice schedules and locations. All players that sign up will play in the league...this is NOT a tryout! 

**Those that have football or soccer conflicts should plan on attending pee-wee football practice if the schedules conflict that week.  While we would love to have everyone at both workouts, this is a solution that allows each athlete to finish their football season strong while also being placed on a youth league team. While evaluating players is important, as we try to balance teams, it is okay to miss one of the first two nights. If you are going to play in the league, but cannot make either skills session, please indicate that on the registration or email Coach Cutter to let him know. 

Game Days
Game days are as follows, at GREENDALE MIDDLE SCHOOL, unless otherwise noted. The first three weekends will take place on Saturday or Sunday depending on PeeWee football team results. Detailed game schedules will be finalized and shared by each team’s coach shortly after the teams are picked, as it is dependent on the number of teams we can form.  Each team will play one or two games on each of these dates.

There will be a $3 entry fee per person (or $5 for an entire family) at the game site each Saturday morning.
