(Harrison, OH) - From middle school to high school, Harrison track and field has been dominating. Two stand out names are 7th Grader Abigail Dunn and senior Natalie Kiefer.

Last week at the Milford Invitational, Abigail Dunn set a new school record in the 800-meter race. She finished with a time of 2:28.48. This time currently sits at number two in the state of Ohio. She’ll qualify for next week’s State Meet.

Abagail did not go home and rest after setting a new school record though, she headed over to the Mason Invite to support Natalie Kiefer.

Natalie Kiefer competed against some of the top distance runners across the entire state of Ohio. In the Angela Bizzarri Mile, Natalie finished 3rd with a time of 4:48 .70. She was in sixth place when she turned on the burners with 250 meters left and finished in third.

She already held the school record prior to the race but she crushed her own record by 10 seconds. Her new school record stands as the 3rd fastest 1600 in Ohio. Not only is that the third fastest time in Ohio but sits at 26th all-time in Cincinnati.
