(Versailles, Ind.) - Blaine Ward has joined the 1,000 point club.
Ward, a senior at South Ripley, reached the career milestone after scoring a game-high 24 points in an 84-39 win over Rising Sun on Saturday night.
Ward is the sixth South Ripley Raider to reach 1,000 points. He would the 9th if you factor in players who reached 1,000 points at since closed schools that are recognized as South Ripley by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association.
