Batesville's Zimmerman Records 1,000th Career Kill

(Batesville, Ind.) - Reesa Zimmerman celebrated a milestone moment last week. 

The Batesville star recorded her 1,000th career kill in a 3-0 loss to East Central. 

Zimmerman, a Florida International University commit, was officially recognized for hitting the mark during last Thursday before a 3-0 win over Milan. 

Through 17 matches this season, Zimmerman leads Batesville with 208 kills. She has also tallied 30 aces, 17 blocks, and 112 digs. 

Batesville is 11-6 this season.
