Woman Wanted For Ohio County Truck Theft

(Ohio County, Ind.) - A Cincinnati woman is accused of stealing a pickup truck in Ohio County.

The GMC pickup was reported stolen from a home on Aberdeen Road back on May 27.

The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office announced Sunday that stolen truck was recovered in Cincinnati.

A suspect has been identified and charged. Sherry Messer, 44, now has active warrants for Auto Theft (level 6 felony) and Theft (class A misdemeanor).

Messer remains wanted on the Indiana warrant. If you know of her whereabouts, the sheriff’s office says you should call your local law enforcement.
