Winter Weather Advisory Issued for Tri-State Area

(Wilmington, Oh.) - The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the entire tri-state area. 

The advisory is in effect from 3:00 to 11:00 a.m. Monday. 

Mixed precipitation is expected. Total snow accumulations of one to two inches are possible, with isolated higher amounts. Ice accumulations of a light glaze are also possible. 

Road, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. 

Motorists should plan on slippery road conditions that could impact the Monday morning commute.
