Wind Advisory Issued For Much Of The Tri-State

Secure your outdoor objects.

(Wilmington, Oh.) – High winds are expected in the tri-state over the next 24 hours.

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory from 10:00 p.m. on Thursday to 10:00 a.m. on Friday.

Winds of 25 to 35 MPH with gusts up to 55 MPH are expected in portions of southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky, and southwest Ohio.

Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.

Tree limbs could also be blown down, potentially causing power outages.

Motorists are advised to use extra caution, especially if operating a high profile vehicle.
