Water Rescue Made After Riverfest

A boat sank as it was returning to Rising Sun from Cincinnati.

(Boone County, Ky.) - Six people are enjoying some dry land after their boat sank on the Ohio River. 

Boone County rescue crews say the boaters were heading to Rising Sun after Riverfest in Cincinnati early Monday when their vessel hit something in the water and sank. 

The group swam to the Kentucky side of the river, where another boater picked them up.
