Taste of Aurora Returns This August

Thirteen eateries will be providing discounts all month long.

(Aurora, Ind.) – Main Street Aurora invites you to enjoy Aurora’s downtown district restaurants and sweet treats.

For the fourth year, 13 restaurants and sweet treat establishments are participating in Taste of Aurora.

Discounts will be offered the entire month of August at the following locations:

  • Alejandra’s Mexican Restaurant, 301 2nd Street
  • The Aurora Diner, 339 2nd Street
  • Combs Pizza, 329 2nd Street
  • Great Crescent Brewery, 315 Importing Street
  • Hankering Southern Kitchen, 448 2nd Street
  • J. Miller Steak Company, 211 2nd Street
  • Lucky Feather Soapery & Mercantile, 305 3rd Street
  • Mick’s Sports Bar & Restaurant, 311 Broadway Street
  • Personally Yours Gift & Floral, 312 3rd Street
  • Primal Butchery, 305 Main Street
  • Spire Book & Coffee Co., 308 3rd Street
  • Third & Main, 223 3rd Street
  • Wellington’s Ice Cream Palace, 407 2nd Street

Main Street Aurora came up with the idea for Taste of Aurora following the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to entice people downtown to enjoy dinner and/or dessert.

“What a great way to try somewhere different or eat at a favorite and also receive a discount,” said Nancy Turner, Executive Director.

Visitors to downtown Aurora can pick up a brochure at any of the participating eateries or at the Main Street Aurora office at 231 Main Street, the Post Office or Aurora Utilities to receive the discount offered.
