One Airlifted from Two-Vehicle Accident in Franklin County

The crash took place on Tuesday afternoon.

(Brookville, Ind.) - Aire care was called to a two-vehicle accident earlier this week in Franklin County. 

First responders were called to the incident involving entrapment at the intersection of State Road 101 and Fairfield Avenue in Brookville. 

Upon arrival, firefighters located an entrapped driver and were able to remove the doors and lift the dashboard off the individual's pinned legs. 

The victim was airlifted from the scene and transported to UC Medical Center with unknown injuries.

A cause of the accident is unknown at this time.
