Multi-Agency Investigation Disrupts Southeastern Indiana Drug Network

(Versailles, Ind.) - A multi-agency investigation led by Troopers from the Indiana State Police-Versailles Post has led to the disruption of a drug network and the arrests of multiple suspects.

The months long investigation involved pro-active investigative techniques, targeting those involved in the distribution of illegal drugs primarily in Switzerland County in southeast Indiana.  The investigation, led by the Indiana State Police, was a coordinated effort in partnership with the Switzerland Sheriff’s Department, Lawrenceburg Police Department, Indiana Conservation Officers, Switzerland County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Dearborn/Ohio County Prosecutor’s Office.

The investigation resulted in the arrests of 18 individuals on charges primarily related to dealing and possession of methamphetamine

The individuals who have been charged in this investigation are:

This case represents months of cooperative work among state and local law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies, all committed to disrupting drug trafficking and criminal activity in southeastern Indiana, making a significant impact on the safety of our communities.

The Indiana State Police will continue to work with local agencies at will be pro-active in pursuing those who are possessing and distributing illegal drugs in our communities.

After being charged in this investigation, many of the charged individuals have already faced initial appearances in court.
