Fourteen individuals will be recognized at an upcoming celebration.

CINCINNATI – Seven students and seven adult leaders will be recognized at the 11th Heroes of Character celebration on April 18.
The event, hosted by the Character Council of Greater Cincinnati in collaboration with the Hamilton “City of Character” will take place at the newly opened Spooky Nook Sports Center in Hamilton, Ohio.
Among the adult honorees is Kristi Eberhart (Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Dearborn County, Indiana and Harrison, Ohio) and Christopher Oser (Three Rivers Local School District, Cleves).
Other adult honorees include:
- Frankie Downie (Seventeen Strong)
- Judge Randy Rogers (Hamilton)
- Daniel G. Spraul Esq. (Cincinnati)
Student heroes are:
- Lillian Fackey (Hamilton HS)
- Journee Jackson (Linden Elementary, Hamilton)
- Vincent Kiep (Hamilton HS)
- Mason Little (Hamilton HS)
- Mabel O’Donohue (Highland Elementary, Hamilton)
- Ethan Stone (Oakwood HS, Dayton)
- Jacob Taylor (Taylor HS, Cleves)
Each has their own unique story, whether bouncing back from a setback to accomplish the amazing, doing the right thing no matter the cost, or fighting injustice for those unable to fight for themselves.
The Heroes of Character celebration will be held from 6:00-8:30 p.m. and will include a reception, dinner and program.
