(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Lawrenceburg Main Street and the City of Lawrenceburg are postponing the annual Community Cookout.
The event originally scheduled for Saturday, April 24 is being moved to Saturday, May 1 due to rain expected this weekend.
The Community Cookout will take place from noon to 3:00 p.m. in the Civic Park.
The event will feature musical performances, cookout, and local vendors. Mayor Mollaun, PG Gentrup, the Southeastern Indiana Honor Guard, and the Vietnam Veterans Chapter 71 will open the event with a military salute, followed by the National Anthem.
Lawrenceburg’s Community Picnic is free to attend.
