By Mike Perleberg (Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Fifty-eight counts of Possession of Child Pornography have been filed against a Lawrenceburg man. Irvin Gline, 47, was charged on February 13 in Dearborn Superior Court I and arrested February 23. Each of the counts is a Class D felony punishable by up to three years in prison. According to a court affidavit, Dearborn County Sheriff’s Department investigators learned last August from Gline’s step-brother that Gline may have the images on computers in his home on Wilson Creek Road. The step-brother, who had stayed with Gline for several months in 2013, told police he had accidentally found the images on a computer. An investigation saw detectives obtain a search warrant for Gline’s home and confiscate those computers. The Indiana State Police Cyber Crimes Unit analyzed a desktop computer, a hard drive, and a CD, allegedly discovering dozens of illegal images stored on them. As of Tuesday, Gline remains held in the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center on a $50,000 cash and $50,000 surety bond.
