(Harrison, Oh.) - The Greater Harrison Chamber of Commerce will recognize eight outstanding local businesses at its Annual Membership Dinner & Awards Nov. 15 at The Woodlands in Cleves, Ohio. The businesses were nominated along with three non-profit organizations and eight individuals who will also be recognized for their contributions to the community.

Award recipients will be named during the event, which will also feature a year-in-review for the Chamber, dinner buffet and desserts from several Harrison-area establishments. Tickets are $30 each or tables of six can be reserved for $155.

 

2018 Chamber Awards Nominees

New Business of the Year - Recognizing a business that has made a big impact in a small amount of time:

Greater Harrison Innovator of the Year - Presented to a business that has introduced new products, technology, processes, etc. that have improved their workplace, industry, or business results:

Greater Harrison Corporate Citizen of the Year - Presented to a business that has greatly contributed to the good of the community through giving, volunteerism, outreach, etc.:

Greater Harrison Young Professional of the Year - Presented to an individual who lives or works in the Greater Harrison area and has demonstrated exceptional achievement within their business or industry:

Mary Lou Smith Community Service Award - Recognizing an individual for who has generously volunteered time or talent for the betterment of the community:

Greater Harrison Lifetime Achievement Award - Recognizing a remarkable individual who has had significant impact on their community, industry or business throughout the course of a career:
