(Dillsboro, Ind.) - The Dillsboro Redevelopment Commission, in partnership with One Dearborn Economic Development, is officially accepting proposals from qualified buyers and developers for the purchase and redevelopment of 12827 Lenover Street in Dillsboro.

Issued pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14-22, this public offering presents an opportunity to reinvest in a centrally located commercial property that supports Dillsboro’s long-term redevelopment objectives.

The property consists of approximately 0.441 acres and includes a 2,284-square-foot single-story commercial office building with on-site parking. Originally designed as a primary care medical facility, the building’s existing layout and infrastructure provide flexibility for adaptive reuse, including professional offices, administrative uses, childcare or early learning facilities, or other commercial or quasi-public uses consistent with local zoning and redevelopment plans.

This is an opportunity to reinvest in a walkable small town that is actively receiving investment through grant initiatives like Stellar Pathways and is poised for continued growth.
