Details will be shared about an updated master plan for Cincinnati West Airport in Harrison.
(CINCINNATI) - Cincinnati State Technical and Community College will host two public information sessions on Thursday, June 24 to share details of the updated master plan for Cincinnati West Airport in Harrison, Ohio.
The June 24 information sessions will be held at 3:00-4:30 p.m. and 6:00-7:30 p.m., in the Airport Maintenance Hangar at Cincinnati State West Campus, 10030 West Road, Harrison, Ohio.
During the information sessions, the public may drop in to learn more about the master planning process, the status of the plan, as well as the proposed short- and long-term improvement plans for the Cincinnati West Airport.
Cincinnati State owns and operates Cincinnati West Airport, which serves as the base for a limited number of corporate and business aircraft, and a flight school.
Cincinnati West is also home for the Cincinnati State's Aviation Maintenance Technology program, the region's leading FAA-certified training program for Aviation Maintenance Technicians.
The college worked with a consulting team to develop the updated airport master plan. The planning process was supported by a grant from, and in consultation with, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
