A four-year-old girl was among the people hurt in a head-on crash on Ohio 128 in Crosby Township Tuesday.
A pickup truck driven by Jeffrey Harris, 49, of Hamilton, crossed the center line near New Haven Road and struck an oncoming Ford Ranger at about 10:30 a.m.
Three people in the Ranger – 48-year-old Glenn Branigan, 27-year-old Brandie Hart, and her four year old daughter - were all injured.
Police say the child was wearing a seatbelt, but not in a required car seat.
All four victims were hospitalized.

(Crosby Township, Oh.) - Three people – a child and two adults – were injured in a serious crash in Crosby Township-Hamilton County Tuesday morning.
Two pickup trucks collided on Ohio 128 near the New Haven Road intersection at Rumpke Ballpark around at about 10:45 a.m.
Medical helicopters were called to the scene, but were unable to fly due to the weather, according to WCPO-TV.
Ambulances transported the victims to area hospitals. The child was taken to Children’s Hospital while the adults were rushed to University Hospital in Cincinnati.
The names and conditions of the accident victims have not been released.
