The accident took place Friday afternoon in the area of US 52 and I-74 in Harrison Township.

(Harrison Township, Ind.) - A Batesville man is dead after a multi-vehicle crash in Dearborn County.
Sheriff's deputies along with Harrison Fire and EMS, New Trenton Fire, and Bright EMS responded to the area of U.S. 52. and Interstate 74 on Friday around 3:50 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, deputies encountered three vehicles that had collided on the I-74 westbound ramp.
According to a news release from Sheriff Shane McHenry, deputies learned that a 2019 Dodge Ram truck driven by Aaron Sena, 40, of Guilford, was traveling eastbound on U.S. 52 when a vehicle driven by Ronald Green, 78, of Batesville attempted to turn onto the I-74 westbound ramp in front of Sena's vehicle.
Green's vehicle was struck in the side by Sena, which caused Green's vehicle to strike a third vehicle driven by Gregory Riede, 69, of West Harrison.
Andrew Weisenbach, 85, of Batesville, was a passenger in Green's vehicle. He was found unconscious at the scene and was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
Both drivers and two other passengers were transported to area hospitals with unknown injuries.
No other information was provided.
