Firefighters from around the county had to take on two large fires Wednesday and Thursday.

(Ripley County, Ind.) - Two barn fires happened in as many days in Ripley County.
Fire departments from around the county were dispatched to the first barn fire just before 8:00 Wednesday evening on County Road 450 East near Milan.
No injuries were reported, but the barn and its contents ended up being a total loss. Firefighters managed to keep the blaze from spreading to a nearby home.
On Thursday at about 2:45 p.m., another barn became fully involved on the 4400 block of Cave Hill Road near Versailles.
Causes of those two fires have not been released.
