Stapleton and the duo of Dan + Shay have been among country music's hottest acts.
(Undated) -- Chris Stapleton and Dan and Shay are leading the nominees for this year's Academy of Country Music Awards.
They each have six nominations, with Stapleton up for entertainer and male artist of the year, and Dan and Shay for duo of they ear.
Kacey Musgraves follows with five, including female artist, album and song of the year.
Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne, Florida Georgia Line and Bebe Rexha have four nods each.
The 2019 ACM Awards will be held in Las Vegas on April 7th, and will air live on CBS.
