The Dearborn County Recycling Center will host the ReProm Dress Exchange from February through April. All participants must have an appointment. No walk-ins. Over 1,000 dresses are available. All are contemporary and are either new (with tags) or like-new. To swap a dress, your dress must be in ready-to-wear condition, clean, and fit within current formal fashion trends to qualify for an exchange. Long formal dresses may be exchanged for any dress. Short formal dresses may only be exchanged for another short dress. Participants should be prepared to make a cash donation in case their dress is not accepted. Dresses with rips, tears, stains, or broken zippers and clasps will not be accepted. Those without dresses to exchange are welcome to make a cash or check donation instead. It is open to everyone, not just Dearborn County residents. The ReProm shop is located at the Dearborn County Recycling Center. To book an appointment visit www.dearborncountyrecycles.com/reprom or call 812-926-9963. The Dearborn County Recycling Center is located at 10700 Prospect Ln, Aurora, IN 47001.
