Time? 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
By APPOINTMENT ONLY! You will book your appointment on the LPS website when the port opens. The link will be “You can book me.” It is very important that you have all the required documents listed below!
ITEMS YOU MUST BRING INCLUDING YOUR CHILD
Child must be present (must be age 5 on or before August 1, 2020) Child will be tested
Birth Certificate issued from the Health Department or Vital Statistics (not the hospital birth record)
Social Security Card (must have this for online registration)
Court or Custody Documents (pertaining to the child)
Proof of Residency (electric bill, lease agreement, etc.)
Out of district applicants will be required to fill out the “Transfer Tuition Application.” You will also be required to enroll your student in their district school as well.
Please begin gathering all of your required documents so that you are prepared. You will complete the online registration and MUST have a valid email. If you do not have an email address, you will create one for school correspondence pertaining to your children. Your child will be tested during this registration. Scheduling times will be completed on the website. You must schedule an appointment! Please check back and visit the website for more information and instructions @ www.lburg.k12.in.us You will click sites and choose Lawrenceburg Primary School from the drop down.

Strengthening Families Program for Parents and Youth 10-14
Strengthening Familes focuses on family skills taught in group sessions to increase family strengths. The program builds on improving family relationships, parenting skills, and improving youth's social and life skills.at Dearborn Adult Center
