Ivy Tech Professor Ronald Nicholson will demonstrate how author Charles Dickens was a masterful horror writer, just not in a traditional way. He will provide biographical information relating to Dickens’ interest in horror, including some interesting stories about his life. Nicholson also will read some of Dickens’ best scary work. 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, Lawrenceburg Main Library or via Zoom. Must register: www.lpld.lib.in.us/calendar. 812-537-2775.
