Seven Area Boys Basketball Stars Earn All-State Honors

For some, the 2019-20 season will remain a season "what if".

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - Seven high school hoops stars have earned All-State honors. 

The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association recently released their 2019-2020 All-State teams. 

Oldenburg Academy's Jake Johnson was named to the Small School All-State Team. The Twisters star averaged 20.3 points, 5.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game, leading his team to the Regional Championship game. 

Area seniors named honorable mention by the IBCA include Damian Breeck (Switzerland County), Colt Meyer (Batesville) and Gavin Yoon (Lawrenceburg). 

Three underclassmen were named honorable mention. They are East Central juniors Luke Collinsworth and Logan Rohrbacher and Oldenburg Academy junior Andrew Oesterling.
